Ah, but they were close.

Good to see a team coming out and playing hard the entire game. My husband has a theory that teams that are so highly ranked come out and take it a little easy the first round. I know that Duke and UNC absolutely don't. If a player came out and took it easy, he'd find his butt on the bench.

So far today, I'm 8 for 8.

Time to take a little break....I'm really pumped for tonight's games, especially GA Tech and Duke. My husband and I are battling in the Stanford game. Other than that, we boringly (is that a word?

) have the same picks. He can't believe I picked Stanford. I only picked them because I never do. How's that for strategery?

Duke's got me nervous. Coach K is reaming them right now. I expect they will perform their hearts out in the second half!

And Syracuse! Sheeessh!!! These games have me sweating!!!

I'd say strategery worked about as well for you as it usually does for that other world-renowned stratergerist.
