Happy Birthday Prudence!!

Thanks all! Last night I went out with my best law school bud, who I will miss terribly once she moves back to LA at the end of the month. (Just one more reason for me to relocate...)

We went to the Pink Door down by the market. We split a bottle of champagne, and I had tenderloin of wild boar, that was served with this totally AMAZING vegetable bread pudding stuff that I just wanted more and more of. We split some desserts, and then went to the Zig Zag Cafe for drinks. I tried really hard to make it to at least midnight, if not until closing, but alas, I failed.

In my defense, I only got 90 minutes of sleep Friday night -- well, Saturday morning -- so I was exhausted. I'm STILL exhausted, in fact.

And today I celebrated by going grocery shopping! No, seriously! I've been grocery shopping maybe half-a-dozen times in the last three years. It was fun to go up and down the aisles!

And in just a bit, we'll be heading off to my folks for ground ham sandwiches - my favorite white trash meal ever! - and birthday cake!
