The company that makes that rig is called Wood Contours. They are based in Thousand Oaks, but their web site totally blows. However, I remember previously seeing that unit and knew that it was wood.

That's cool, but too much like 2-dimensional set design and could be much improved upon - e.g. forget that flat cut-out representation of piping - put in some real brass tubing to replace the painted conduit already on the walls - I think the look is much cooler when made to actually be functional as well as decorative.
