Maharaja's Burra-Peg

Sugar cube sprinkled with
Peychaud bitters
a shot of Cognac
fill rest of glass with champagne

I could drink these all day....and I think I did at one point.

I'm currently experimenting with Tang - I may have some spacey concoctions to share come the new year.
