Of course I offer writing assistance (though I have no script experience) and I'm not camera shy (obviously), though I am not a great actor by any means. I also offer my photoshop services for poster design.

Ideas....if we can only find this place we could shoot a hell of a movie.

There's a bar down on PCH that looks like this (at least from the outisde). I think it is called the Pit Stop.
