Honestly, truly & from my heart, THANK YOU. I never expected something so sweet & thoughtful. I feel so undeserving of such kindness (pretty pink & sparkly kindness!) In my mind, I'm just this little unmemorable & invisible wallflower. Your posts made me feel like anything but. This thread is one of my most favorite birthday gifts.

While it was such a surprise to pop in and find this kind thread, what wasn't a surprise to me was remembering & knowing that LoT is filled with such kind-hearted and thoughtful individuals that I am so blessed to have in my life. I think of you all just as much as I miss you all- lots!

I certainly haven't been making a YAGE (I hope that's the correct word). In fact, the scandalous & hot gossipy reason I've been MIA is...

My name is AllyOops & I'm a workaholic.

Unfortunately, I don't have a chance to go online for a moment of "me time" while I'm locked away in my office, especially with the end of the year number-crunching & deadlines that I thought would lessen come January, but instead keep increasing (along with my stress levels)! Plus, I've been making such wonderfully positive changes that have brought me & my family closer then I could ever dream possible. It's been a very huge & rewarding time for me! My focus has been in simplifying, which is anything but simple when you're going through the process. Nonetheless, it's been amazing.

While my job may never bring a moment of "me time", I'm hoping to spend a little more time here now that the dust has began to settle at home after a whirlwind holiday season. Connecting with friends is a big resolution for me- since I tend to put work first and relationships are truly what matter most in this world.

Thank you all again for making me feel so special!
