I'm debating whether I should work out or not. Well, the correct answer is "yes I should" but I won't. I am desperate for warm feet and a little relaxation. I have a lot of work ahead of me today.

Cindy take care of yourself. I have or fighting off whatever is going around too. Thanks to lovely coworkers or else it is a very bad sinus infection. Started two days ago. The pressure comes and goes right where my sinus are and hurts like heck. But this morning i woke up with a stuffed up nose and chest. I have to get thru tonight and then tomorrow and then the weekend is here finally two whole weekend days off. I am so planning on relaxing a ton.

Aww, eww. I do not know what ever possessed me to take up the habit in college. Hell just froze over. I just bought a pair of heels. 3-inch heels.

Ok, so they're really cute and surprisingly comfy - brown oxford mary jane style, with a tapered wide heel, similar to character shoes.

If I don't break my neck, it'll be a miracle. But, they surprisingly look great, and they were regular $80 down to $15.

I haven't worn heels since prom. This should be interesting...

I blame Carson Kresley and his new show, "How to Look Good Naked". He takes women of all sizes and shows them what to buy to accent their best features. And, one of the latest episodes he mentioned that heels lengthen short legs. And, my legs are super short. I also found a cute top that slims me up quite a bit, thanks to following his advice on the show. That was only $7 marked down from $45.

I figured a little retail therapy was in order with everything that's been going on lately. And, I got something for myself for a change, without it having a "business purpose".

Oh, and my mom has now been in the hospital for two weeks, but just fired her oncologist yesterday (we found out the guy has a track record of horrible bedside manners, and he'd only been making matters worse), and the new doctor is supposed to do the surgery today or tomorrow so she can finally get out of there. Long story, but my dad's mood has now fluctuated back to being loving, worried and panicked. But, as expected, my sister's still being a major ass.
