| BRAAAAAAAINS! | Atomic Cookie Blast Furnace 4.0 on the way! The next version of my favorite machine is just about to be assembled, as soon as I turn off the current version (the power supply, the case and fans will be carrying on to the next version) - Quad Core, 4 gigs of RAM yumminess on it's way (with pics). |

				            | I just set up my new baby with the 4 gigs of RAM, and it's sheer heaven! You are going to be so happy (and I stayed with XP...I'll upgrade someday, but not soon). Congrats!

| BRAAAAAAAINS! | I'll be dual booting Vista 64 and Ubuntu Linux (which will probably be my main OS) The system POSTED on the first try, and is now running PRIME to do a little testing before I start the fun of overclocking. This is the first Intel build I've done, so I've got a bit to learn, but it looks like it's gonna be fun. |

| BRAAAAAAAINS! | This is my first post to LoT from the new Atomic Cookie Blast Furnace. So far, I'm just so stoked that the machine booted on the first try- I don't think I've EVER had a buid that happened with. During assembly, some tiny little things that I'd heard were a nightmare were completely easy, especially the notorious installation of the Thermalright Ultra 120 Extreme heatsink. That was the easiest installation of a heatsink I've had in a while (no razor sharp fins, no pushpins). Anyway, nothing flashy from the outside of the case now, the heatsink blocks a big chunk of window (the tips of the heatpipe ends clear the acrylic by about 1cm), and I don't have any lights installed, other than the yellow lights on the rear exhaust fan. |

				            | I thought that having 4GB of RAM in Windows XP wasn't useful tho since it can't recognize over 2GB unless you have Windows XP 64-bit?

| 8/30/14 - Disneyland -10k or Bust. | Nope XP will go up to four (with a few chunks missing). the 64bit version will go up to 32GB.
