So, I'm afraid that my chicken and rice casserole is different than the last one I made, but I'm not sure what it is. In some ways it's totally better... I'm thinking I used less cheese, in an attempt to make it healthier (among other choices I made while preparing it). So, I'm going back to cheeseville for the next round of chicken & rice casserole.

In other news, I'm fairly certain that Markus has allergies. With Spring officially here, I've been told by my local pal that the allergies can get pretty rough for those who have issues. Fortunately for me, I don't get the 'springtime' type allergies... Just the occasional mold and pollutants problem.

I've only eaten two Cadbury Creme Eggs this Easter season!!! I've almost made it through to the other side! (Of course, thats when they go on massive sale... *sigh*... that Easter bunny is gonna fatten me up yet, little bastard)

I have yet to be impressed with the caramel eggs. They are teh puke.

Creme on the other hand. Yummy. And the orange creme. yummy in their own right.
