The tempura fried banana seems to be something I see everywhere these days.

Yeah, it struck me as a little fad-like.

I will say that our server was great, and genuinely wanted to get our full opinion when we gave a shrug to, "How were the eggrolls?". Service was a tad slow, but better that than to be rushed over a good steak.
