Smirnoff Triple Black
Random mixes of alcohol and mixers that sound good together

I'm not big on traditional libations, but I always keep a little something special stocked in the cabinet for a special event:

Dublin Doctor Pepper.

Until you try it, you just won't understand.

A really good Margarita on the rocks..usually hits the spot!

For social occasions, I enjoy a Vodka Chilton (Vodka, soda water and juice from half a lemon with a salt rim!) yummm!

Or a really dark beer or ale...if you can see thru it...I won't drink it!

If none of the above then Ciders, Barcardi Raz, or Smirnoff Razz or Applepucker.

Occasionally, you can find a small liquor store in the mexican areas of So Cal that carries Coke bottled in Mexico. The difference being that they still use pure cane sugar for the Coke down there (here they use corn syrup). It is the way that Coke used to taste before they changed it in the late 70's.

I'd love to try the Dr. Pepper made with cane sugar. I might have to order a case.

Just curious, have you tried the "similar" version that is sold in the US? I've tried it and just wonder if it is even close.

haven't tried it, not even sure of its alcohol content, as the "import" is 68%. But saw it on one of my LA clubbing trips

Ahhhh...Dublins! Haven't had them in quite awhile!

When we lived in Texas, we were only about 100 miles from Dublin...in fact one of the area high school field trips was a trip to Dublin to see the original factory....

You could get them in the grocery stores there...sooooo goooood!
