If I had seen it in advance, I would surely have passed on  it as well, but I actually ended up really liking it, other than that awkward little page.

 I also had a great time. Have I said that too much? I don't think enough wonderful things can be said about what a great party T & H hosted. It was fabulously fun.

 Did you feel differently about it after we finished reading it, in terms of what the whole thing was trying to express? With the exception of the doo-wop stuff at the beginning, I like the way it dissected the subtext of conversation.

 It didn't occur to me either, until I had agreed to read! For some reason I was thinking of reading aloud from a chosen work, but duh -- what does 
dramatic reading mean? I wasn't thinking about actually 
playing a character. What do I know about that? Not a thing, but it was really fun, and thanks everyone for suffering through it.
