Aglio olio with our brand-new fresh olive oil from our anniversary olive-oil quest, and sliced strawberries with our brand-new fresh imported balsamic vinegar. Which was a wonderful way to celebrate our anniversary. (Also the onion-spinach scramble I had this morning, the escargot napoleon and the seared scallops last night, the... well, let's just say that the foodie trip to Santa Barbara wine country was a continual success.)

I tried to heat up the stew tonight...reheating stew while playing with new pets causes scorched stew.

I've fixed the problem !!

I've found a Vegetarian Bacon Stock powder that doesn't smell or taste like bacon !!

My neighbor just had a baby so I made a stock pot full of ziti, baked ziti for everyone! Oh and garlic bread, can't forget the garlic bread!
