For great sourdough pancakes you have to have a great starter and my starter has been passed down from 1790 when someone in my sister-in-law’s family received the original starter from an old goat herder in Utah. I am sorry that I will not be able to join you in Yosemite but if anyone would like some great sourdough starter for them elves PM me and we will work something out.
