You get two colors of plates and stack them full of pancakes then the judges taste a pancake from each plate. Then they write the color of the plate for their favorite pancake down on the ballot and deposit it in the ballot box.
Then the crowed gets to devour the remanding pancakes.
After much adult beverage is served the ballot’s are counted but by then who cares.
