I should probably actually read the actual WORDING of the law here, but are you just not allowed to put the phone up to your ear?

I mean, if I call my voice mail, for instance, I STILL need to pick up the handset and dial in the password digits.

EDIT: OK I am a tard, I should have read the last page of posts which answered my question.
