Let's just say I have more reason now than I could ever have to want to leave the apartment/communal living (with people I do not like) situation. I'm at the point where, aside from a few people, I call everyone an asshole under my breath.

Not unreasonable, but possibly dangerous.

Oleanders are very poisonous. IF you do chop them and toss them over the fence, tie a little note to it asking them not to burn it, of if they do, make sure your family is out at the time.
