One of my clients has a feral cat colony around her house. She has been trapping and fixing the feral cats as she can but there are still some that haven't been caught yet. One of the females has a litter of kittens under her house about 2 weeks ago. She found them, brought them into her house, lured the Mom in, put the kittens in a cat carrier so they wouldn't be hidden again, then went out of town and left me with situation.

When I arrived, the kittens had ben without food for about 15 hours. The mom was nowhere around (that I could see) so I got the kittens out of there and brought them to my house where I could get them some food.

That was on Wednesday. We've been substitute kitten mom ever since.
