I actually wanted to go this year. I don't think it's gonna happen.

Friday and Saturday is sold out, but I'm told Thursday is actually more fun ... because it's not insanely crowded.

AND ... this is the first time in years and years ComiCon doesn't conflict with Disneyland Birthday.

BUT ... it would mean getting a third Thursday in a row off work. And, sigh, that ain't gonna happen.

I briefly contemplated going just to attend the Night of the Living Dead re-union, but I guess it wasn't that important to me because I made no effort at all. I would like to go one year, though, just to hang out and check out all the people.

Or when Patrick drank himself under the bed by 9:00 pm? I once slept on folding chairs in the screening room, lulled to sleep by Invaders From Mars. And what about Peter Goff and Vale Lord in elf suits? Or the haunted floor at the El Cortez?

It's way too big now.

Anyone know the connection between the Star Trek {premier?} night at the Aerospace Museum and the Comic Con?

Haven't heard about the Star Trek thing. I'm sure its to drum up business while all the geeks are in town.
