Ditching a cab fare is theft of service.

I thought Jimmy was running a still on the property, and I didn't care because master wasn't around. Or because I was drunk.

Yeah, that's what I was going for. If you are going to go the route of not being rape because it was for sale then theft of service strikes me as the appropriate category as it is more like ditching a cab fare than stealing a loaf of bread.

Though maybe it would be shoplifting if you actually took her vagina with you.
