If this is old news, I'm sorry, but I just discovered Congresspedia.

For example:

Nice site.

I'd heard of it but never looked in detail because I figured it was simply segregating all of the parts of Wikipedia that are eternally useless because they become partisan battlegrounds.

But the FISA page is refreshingly unadorned and straightforward. I'll check it out in more detail.
