Nintendo hid it, the jerks.

From the Wii Menu, click on the envelope on the lower right corner to go to your Wii Message Board.

On lower left, click Create Message.

On the right, click Address Book. Bingo!

Yeah, it makes no sense.

This is also where you add people. Click Register, then Wii, then click to add a Wii number.
