I had to do a search at Ticketmaster, and either their search engine sucks balls or they are purposefully trying to make the pre-sale difficult.

Under "Promotions and Special Offers" select the number of tickets you want (up to 6 are permitted) and where it asks for the code or password type "cityhall".
