				            | Household tip for aquarium owners: When replacing gravel, put old dirty gravel on your garden/plants - great fertilizer and decorative! We just changed out the gravel and Ken was about to dump it in the trash, when I realized that it would look great in our potted outdoor plants, and also help fertilize them. So, no waste, and our rose and lemon tree pots look really nice! |

				            | Thanks DP- I'll pass that along to my friend. I know dogs pass stuff relatively easily, but kitties are smaller and I didn't know if it would work. Today- I put in 19.5 miles on my mountain bike and 4.5 on the road bike. Plus we walked the dog. Am I skinny yet? Had a great BBQ with the bike club on the beach after the mountain bike ride. And sushi for dinner. Happy me.

				            | I think the BBQ may have cancelled out the bike ride. Sorry.

| Not Taking Any Crap! | I think it would depend on what was served during the BBQ. |

				            | I was *reasonably* good at the BBQ. Half a chicken breast, some broccoli slaw, some potato salad, and some chips and salsa. Probably the worst of it was that I drank sodas.

Yeah for you! I rode almost ten miles {this time we didn't take a break in the middle, we rode the entire time, including some hills, nothing like yours, I am sure 'cause I stay away from as many as I can!} and only had one breakfast burrito. But, we went to the movies where we did eat candy {the snack sized kind? I buy that now, $1 for ten little bars at Target then we pick from those} with popcorn and a water. I did buy a journal from Borders to help keep track of just what I eat. I think it is true that it is easy to overlook somethings, eat absentmindedly. I wish I had stuck to my guns with my work outs before, but, this year it seems everything is working against me. I've had sinus infections galore, a back injury, pulled this or that, and now the garage is a mess because I was clearing out closets and such. Anyone going to the Projekt Revolution? I am, didn't think I was. Now I have to find a hotel room. Anyone use Hotwire.com? They've said they have a room in the Irvine/Costa Mesa area. It looks like an area where I've seen some nice places but I know that there can be not so nice places, too. Anyone book with them? Are 3.5 stars really 3.5? Has anyone been disappointed? Anyone been surprised? :0) I won't book anything right away. I would book something by Disneyland but our APs are blocked that Monday.
