That's awesome Tina! I'm so happy for you! We're buying this summer and I can't wait! Sounds like we'll be in the same boat! Our prices are HORRID here! And things are literally selling in days or hours! Kat and I found a house we liked just this past Friday...we drove by it last night..."Sale Pending"... But yeah for you!!!!!
