There's rumors that they will be launching a payment plan for AP holders in SoCal. There is a link on the Pad but nothing to a Disney site yet.

When you register you have to pick which park you will go to. I have to decide DL or WDW.

Well, I registered. It's been too long since I've been down, and maybe the odds will be better I can actually make it down in time in 2009. No extra $$ to renew the AP this year, either. very sad cheese over that.

Sea World has that, and it's wonderful. It is an automatic debit that is contracted for a minimum of one year, and then you can cancel anytime after that.
