Um, I posted where the free parking is, 3 posts up.

Easiest is the absolutely unmonitored recreational park parking just one block south on the other side of Lincoln.

Closer but a tiny bit more tricky, yet also free and completely unmonitored parking, is in the residential area immediately north of Manchester, immediately east of Lincoln.

(And with so much free parking nearby, I can't really believe they charge $22 at the Custom ... and perhaps they don't. That wasn't part of their official site, just a tip from a guest, in the comments section of that website write-up that €uro linked to)
