The whole OJ trial (the first one) was such a circus. It just seemed so very overblown, the constant courtroom footage, the carnival atmosphere around the courthouse, Ron Goldman's dad's daily commentary with the press, freakin' dancing Judge Itos on Leno...
I remember getting into the spectacle of it until I saw the pictures the Star published of the victims. That put it all into perspective for me. Sad sad sad.
