Am I missing something? I've never heard of them but an internet search says they're meatballs with rice and onion. What's wrong with that?

My husbands Mom didn't ever cook the meatballs first and the sauce is cream of mushroom soup. It never looked appetizing to me and sometimes your meatball isn't cooked through!
