Well, when he was overseas there were many reports of illness and I know when he was in Vegas he was having health issues. No he didn't have cancer like Fawcett did but he had been ill quite a bit in the last few years.

I have seen no reports that he just passed a physical, considering most of his shows were postponed until 2010.

Even in death, people will not just leave him alone.

So, I wonder who everyone is going to pick on now? MJ's only left so much material for "comedians", and it'll run dry very quickly.
