I'm missing more opening-day attractions on our agenda.

We HAVE to ride the Carousel. Have to.

Other opening-day attractions include:

Pan
Toad
Snow
Carousel
Casy Jr.
Teacups
Dumbo
Canal Boats
Autopia
Jungle
DL Railroad
Horse Drawn Streetcars
MS Cinema
Golden Horseshoe
Mark Twain

Personally, I would include the Teacups on my agenda since it was my all-time favorite ride (along with the Matterhorn) when I was a youngster of about 3.
