| Beelzeboobs, Esq. | What a fabulous day. Slept in, had a long shower (love the on-demand water heater), romped about in the sheets getting all sweaty again, watched some cheesy television, had leftovers from yesterday's lunch, had leftovers from two days' ago cake, watched some less cheesy television, had my lap warmed by a kitty, and not worn a bra ALL DAY! Some RDOs are better than others.

				            | My day involved cancelling a mountain bike ride at what turns out to be the last minute (because I worked until midnight last night and couldn't do it then) and taking my dog to the vet because she refused to put weight on one of her feet. On the bright side, they cleaned her ears and cut her nails (nail cutting on a basset hound is a bit difficult and I always seem to get it too close if I try). We're hoping it's just a strain or arthritis and that she'll feel better by Monday. The vet's probably going to need to take x-rays. But my honey's home, and I feel better, and I have bike-racing on TiVo. The Tour Down Under is on this week. It's exciting. They're racing up and over hills in 100' F weather. Crazy. But I'm happy they are giving us a half-hour every day, instead of trying to fit the whole week-long race into an hour summary at the end.
