Simply use your Visa or Mastercard in the fastpass(tm) machines, and they will obligingly spit out a fastpass(pm) for you. This method can be used once at all the fastpass(mt) machines simultaneously, so it is possible to hold a fastpass(tm) for every attraction at the same time.
