If someone could help me get a hold of an E-Ticket booklet and/or hi-quality scans, I could definitely pull off a swanky prototype.

Actually, I already have a CM fact book from this year's Cast Blast that's meant to look like an E-ticket booklet, which already includes a quick historical rundown. Possibly we could use its layout as the basis of our booklet. I'm working right now to upload some images from it before I run off tonight.
