I am so tired of eating out. I can't wait to get home and cook again. (And no, I have not hit my head on anything.)

I followed a no-cook lasagna recipe the other day, and it didn't even call for any extra water - so I'm thinking that might work for manicotti tubes, too!

I agree, it's SOOO much easier to stuff them when you don't boil them first!
