What's for Dinner?

Tonight I roast a turkey! Which of course means it goes in the oven in about 2 hours. Been brining in the fridge for a couple days.

I stand corrected, it was Chef Mike Hugo. I guess I just associate everything that comes out of Carnation as Chef Oscars creation. It is a wonderful soup though!

I didn't feel well yesterday so I didn't make it anyway. We went out for pizza instead.
