I can't speak for others, but perhaps most people work in the daytime on weekdays.

Disneyland is open late (woo hoo!) until 11 p.m. on weekdays starting the week of your visit, so there's a chance I might head over to DL or DCA after work in the late afternoon or evening that week. If so, I would welcome meeting you and your family.

And while you're there, make a visit to the Walt Disney Imagineering Blue Sky Cellar at the Golden Vine Winery area of Disney's California Adventure to see a preview of plans for DCA in the next few years.
