I think I'm getting a little run down from keeping my candle burning at both ends, because even though I love my classes, I'm not looking forward to going tonight. Thank the gods next week is spring break. I really need it!

I forgot that my printer defaults to "normal" instead of "fast draft"... I feel bad because I'm printing up my 2008 spending history, which is like a zillion pages, and now our printer's running low on ink.

Oh man, something like that. And of course, as helpful as Wells Fargo's sorting categories are, they're not perfect. So then I have to go through all those pages and identify things which are in the wrong place, regroup things that need to be totaled separately, etc. Advertising expenses are the worst. They showed up in 3 or 4 separate places, so I kept having to re-total them. Still, it is immensely helpful having all my supermarket and restaurant expenditures separated out from the rest. Makes finding the fine details easier. (and yes, I still comb through those sections for stray business expenses)

I just mail ordered three rhododendrons called "Northern Lights". They were developed for c-c-c-old climates.

Isn't it pretty?

For business stuff, I always keep all receipts and throw 'em in a folder, then categorize 'em in a spreadsheet every month. Saves a LOT of time at the end of the year.

Maddie got to participate in Chalk Walk at her school today. Selected art students get to re-create masterpieces in chalk in the Quad. They did a great job.

Madz - When am I going to get a new computer?

Me - We've got a lot of other stuff first, you won't die without a new computer.

Madz - But what if someone breaks in the house and asks me to look something up on the computer and it takes to long to boot and they kill me. Then I would die.
