I ran across this article today... "The Disneyland Locals"

The dragged out days of jr. high and high school were waning thin, as is the case in every city in America, except in our city, our county, and in our state of California, we had a place… a magical place - Disneyland, U.S.A.! Instead of the preferred 90’s teen hangouts of malls, local eateries, and high school football games, we hung out at the happiest place on earth. It had to be the best, right? There were unlimited rides, shows, and fireworks galore to keep us entertained during the many nights in the park. And best of all, no parents watching our every move. Here, we were as free as those Santa Ana winds I mentioned before, only for us we didn’t blow in one direction, we blew every which way throughout the park. We would come and go where and how we pleased. We flirted with every member of the opposite sex. We disobeyed the rules like never before. Simply put, we owned the park.

If I watch the videos in the article might I see anyone I know?

Funny, around that time we were tearing it up at SixFlags (though we'd never damage anything like those kids did).

BTW, warning warning, if you watch the first video there's a penis in the middle of it. Out of nowhere. Just sayin'.

I never thought of the TL '98 remodel in that way. Such a bummer. But as evidenced by the video, they had reason to not want teens to hang out there. There's some great stuff in there though.
