Yes, that Cupid. The creator of that show wasn't as well known at the time, and didn't have enough pull. Then he made Veronica Mars and became somewhat more successful in town, and when he pitched it, ABC offered to revisit it with a new cast and a new angle. I guess. (I haven't seen it.)
