After seeing Jesse James at lunch and Nancy-All-Grown-Up whilte at Ralph's (see "Soooo" thread), John spied a colorful sun tea jar which got me all excited; so we bought said sun tea jar and have returned home. I can't wait til tomorrow to start making a new batch.

Anyone know how many hours of sunlight it usually takes to make a jar full?

We used to leave the jar in the sun for 2-4 hours for sun tea. I haven't made any in years.

Yesterday I forgot Good Earth Sweet & Spicy in my list of teas I enjoy.

And if I have fresh lemons in the house, I will add lemon to my Royal Tea.

And now I'm kicking myself for not thinking to share a cuppa with you when you were over. Would have brought out the Fortnum & Mason Yunnan Golden Needle. Mmmmmmmm.
I guess this means we have to come back again !!

You can save a lot of time if you put it out overnight.
