I'm pretty sure CP isn't going to read the board before she gets home so this won't spoil the surprise.
Roast veal rib chops with a rosemary thyme rub, served over a roast parsnip puree with nutmeg. On the side, a sort of deconstructed guacamole salad - cubed avocado, chopped red onion, cilantro, with a lemon vinaigrette. Then we're off to see the Classical Mystery Tour.
