Rumor has it that the theatre that was thinking of doing 'Rent' is no longer doing 'Rent'. And, believe it or not, this is a good thing. Apparently, because the theatre is on an Army base, they were going edit out all the swear words and have Angel's character be played by a woman (she's playing a drag queen - Victor/Victoria anyone?). So I say kill it if you're not going to f*cking do it right...
