Well yes, but it's more amusing to think of convention halls full of OBs tittering every time a vagina shows up in a powerpoint presentation. And then tittering some more when someone points out that they can be described as "tittering".

Could it be possible that it was put on as a joke?

Or, perhaps, a lot of pregnant women are already moms and bring their kids to their appointments. Perhaps it was just to protect their little eyes? Or keep their mouths shut?
