The Long Beach store won't be open until October, but I have officially stopped the majority of my pet sitting and am training part time in the Downtown LA store for 2 weeks. THEN, it looks like I will be working full time there while hiring 2 assistant managers, training them, training myself, getting product ordered, received and stocked and generally blowing all of the circuits in my brain.

Sounds like a little piece of heaven....never thought of wrapping up bacon and corn on the cob, two of my favorites on the grill, will have to try this one!

I'll have to try that when we bbq again. Especially since corn is fresh and cheap right now.

Gary was sweet and brought me home a Voodoo maple bar with bacon, it was delish!
