Cast Members riding Space Mountain 6/10/05

It was so weird eating lunch at the Pizza Port patio yesterday thinking "There's a functioning coaster in there that we can't ride yet."

They were still doing painting out in the queue - some posts were taped off. There was also a big construction machine hanging out near the entrance...dunno what it was, didnt' take a long look, some kind of forklift/bulldozer thingy. Didn't see any activity.

I wonder how much of the effects are completely finished.

Heehee. Yeah, I really didn't look at it, but it was worth mentioning, I guess.

I'm kinda surprised something that big was lingering around with all the previews they're doing.

What was going on the other day may have been ride testing, not previews. So there may be at least one step in between what's already going on and a soft open.

Yeah, Eisner says sandbags are way too expensive these days. It's much easier to use CM's.
