There are different kinds of beveling, too. There's a specific bevel stance for Disney Princesses too. I'll see if I can find a pic.

See, this is what I learn from hanging out with dancers at Drowsy Chaperone rehearsals.

ETA: Here's a Jasmine bevel. It's easier to see her do it because she's wearing pants.
