Roasted marinaded Tri-Tip, Baked potatoes and Corn on the Cob.

Been a full summer since I really cooked anything, nice to be back on a normal schedule again.

We had chicken legs in a Hawaiian marinade, and homemade macaroni & cheese & bacon - made with pepper bacon, which was GOOD!

Maybe this should be in the bacon thread.

I use my oven even when it's hot, depending on my mood. I broiled last nights' fish, which I'm not sure counts as using the oven because it doesn't heat up the house like actual baking would. But we've had frozen pizzas in hot weather before.
