Baked Pickled Pork Leg, glazed with honey and demerara sugar, served with Shrewsbury Sauce (Blackcurrant, worcestershire, stock, thyme, garlic & lemon, reduced to a syrup) and new potatoes.

I made Egg's Benedict for breakfast this morning with a side of some cubed fried potatoes.

Yummy.

Now I think I need a nap though.
