In Chapter-3 there is a phone number. If you call the number (a 202 area code) you get the voice mail for the character in the book.

Haha. I'm at about chapter 5 and I wanted to try the number as I noticed it was a real looking number not a 555.

I recall the Da Vinci Code had some sort of phone number/website/email thing that gave you a puzzle to solve as you played along
